We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Returns / Returns Process

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us either online or at info@bossapparelau.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Boss Apparel, PO BOX 676, Redbank Plains, QLD 4301.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Sale items and gift cards are final and non-returnable.

BOSS Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet the above conditions.

 

Refunds and Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

 

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original for a refund.
