You may create an account to streamline your checkout or view order history. You’re responsible for maintaining your account security and ensuring your login details remain confidential.

2. Products and Pricing

2.1 Product Descriptions

We do our best to display product details accurately, including images and descriptions. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, and we can’t guarantee all descriptions are completely error-free.

2.2 Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in AUD and include GST (where applicable). Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. If an error in pricing occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order accordingly.

2.3 Taxes and Duties

GST is applied based on Australian tax laws. International orders (e.g., New Zealand) may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Placing an Order

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Once submitted, we’ll send you an order confirmation. The order isn’t final until it has been processed and dispatched.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, processed securely via Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.

3.3 Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request to cancel or change your order before it is shipped. After dispatch, our Returns Policy applies.

3.4 Order Verification

We reserve the right to verify orders and may contact you for additional information before processing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Regions

We ship within Australia and worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

4.2 Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

4.3 Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery.

4.4 Shipping Issues

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery or expected delivery date so we can assist.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Conditions

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

5.2 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

5.3 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content on this Site – including images, graphics, text, branding, and logos – belongs to BOSS Apparel AU or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6.2 Usage

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site for commercial use without our prior written permission.
